Please make sure that you have added info@pinelevelprintables.com & pinelevelprintables@yahoo.com   to your email acceptance list in order to receive order information and your instant downloads.

Instant Downloads purchased by PayPal (and by credit card via PayPal) are available immediately upon completed transaction.  Visit your "My Account" page for order history and download links.  Your order will not be sent to you via email unless you request them to be delivered that way.  Pine Level Printables is a Instant Downloads site (unless you have ordered customized Printables) allowing you to access your  downloads directly from the "My Account" link  after returning to the website after completed payment.

Downloads purchased via e-Check and Check/Money Order will be made available as soon as payment clears.

Customized Printables are emailed as soon as I get your files customized.  Please note that you do have to send me the informaton that you would like on your customized printables for me to be able to add that information.
