My document will tell you lots of information to get you started with easy programs and will be very helpful to you.  Included is how to make hang tags (5 blank ones are included for you to practice with) and bag toppers.

My document does include detailed instructions.  It does take some work but if you want to learn how and have an interest in it, you can do it.  A basic knowledge of computers is very helpful.
